If that isn’t the case, we offer a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. Durham Collar Company reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product(s) at our discretion. We engineer our products to be of the highest quality. We want you to rely on our products to get the job done; each and every time. WARRANTY POLICY:

If you are experiencing issues with your system, please call our Toll-Free number at 855-326-5527 or 260-357-0051 (int’l.) for technical support while you have your system with you. Telephone Support is available Monday through Friday, 8am to 7pm ET;  Saturday and Sunday, 11am to 3pm ET (excluding holidays).

E-Collar Technologies Remote Dog Training Systems have a Two-Year Full Manufacturer's Warranty. In the event your system is deemed defective by an E-Collar Technologies Representative, you will be provided a replacement for the defective item, and instructions to send your defective item back to us.
For us to effectively process your warranty claim we will troubleshoot with you to determine the correct course of action. We will need to know the following information.
• What model system you have
• What issues you are experiencing
• The serial number of the defective component
• Your Address, and contact information
Misuse, improper maintenance, lost or stolen units, and dog damage are not covered under your two-year manufacture warranty.

SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping on orders over $100. Products made by Durham Collar Company are typically made to order. Expect 1-2 weeks for manufacturing on those items. Please allow 2-3 business days for completed orders to ship. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders are not shipped on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Local pickup options are available for certain zip codes in East Tennessee.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We accept returns / exchanges within 45 days of the original shipping date. Your return / exchange must be in new, unused condition the way you received it. We do not offer returns or exchanges on personalized or custom products. To make a return / exchange fill out the contact form above or email support@durhamcollarco.com. Please include your order number with your enquiry. Shipping cost are non refundable and the buyer is responsible for shipping cost of returned merchandise. We recommend insuring and getting a tracking number for returned merchandise. Durham Collar Company will not be responsible for items lost in the return shipping process. We can only estimate a shipping eta. Once the package is picked up by USPS, UPS, FEDEX, ETC it is out of our control.
