It all started with a retired police K9 named Zuke from a small town in East Tennessee. Zuke retired from his career as a narcotics K9 in 2020. Zuke's favorite hobbies include swimming, playing fetch with his ball, running around the park with kids, as well as being all up in your business lol. If you know anything about police dogs then you know they never stop until their task is complete. Which led me on the search for a durable yet affordable collar and leash. I quickly learned the market was flooded with products that either weren't up to the test or just way out of the price range. Which led me to start making my own collars. These quickly attracted the interest of my friends and coworkers who pushed me to open Durham Collar Company.
